Wilson Pitts is one of my first inspirations for training in Martial Arts. He taught a free class in Richmond's Maymont Park on Saturday mornings. Here he taught and trained us in various Chinese arts: Ba dua Jin (8 Brocade warm ups) , 6 Healing Sounds, Huashan Qigong (Crane and Bear), Pakuachang 5 element palms, and the 1st section of the Yang short form and push hands.
