Basic Practice

Stretching- All partner level stretching- single leg, v- stretching, and splits. Wall Stretches, Stretches with Bar.

Basic stances- taiji ma bu, ma bu, half ma bu, bow stance, empty stance, drop stance, half sitting, balance stances, special stances- shaolin stance, one leg drop down and rise, one leg behind drop down and rise, full sitting, cross stance. Tai chi circle walking with defense posture, tai chi circle walking with tai chi symbol hand work.


All Traditional Wushu Kung Fu Kicks- front kick, inside kick, outside kick, side stretch kcik, snap kick, snap kick side kick, slap kick, jump kick (double raise kick), jump inside kick, jump outside kick.


Basic combinations: slap kick to brush knee, jump kick to punch, brush knees to punch down, chen laojia and pao cui moves- LAOJIA- whirling upper arms and elbow strikes, whirlwind kick, side kick and punch, jade girl works shuttles, double raise kick and protect heart, jade girl at shuttles jump and lazy tie coat, shake foot and stretch down to rise on one leg, wave double lotus with head-on blow, PAO CUI- wrap crackers, turn flowers and brandish sleeves, jade girl shuttles and ride animal in reverse direction, yellow dragon stirs water, sweeping leg, linking cannons, taiji cannons.
