V.Advanced Blows and Blocks
A.bent arms

VI.Defense fundamentals-

Guarding-can lead to counter
Parrying-inside or outside, useful
Stopping-pinning arm
Slipping-moving body out of range
Ducking-dropping body for counter
Weaving-slipping head by turning body in or out and around a straight punch
Rolling-roll with blow to make less effective,backward movement
