WOD: DEADLIFT start with 85 lb- go up 20 lb. each time

sparring- 2 min, 30 sec rest
2 jab round and defend
2 cross round and defend
2 trade off rounds
6 rounds sparring, add pushing off lei tai
meditation and breathing closing
